I became a licensed Real Estate
Representative in 2001 & a CRA in 2008 and I continue to take courses to stay up to date with local,
provincial & national professional practices. I am experienced in residential property sales &  appraisals for both Urban / Rural. I have negotiated deals for first-time home buyers and have listed and sold single-family / multi-family properties.
